Minnesota Locations: Our lobbies will continue to have limited access by appointment only to reduce possible COVID-19 transmission, however Digital Banking and drive-up services will continue as usual. Beginning Tuesday, May 26, the Maynard drive-up will now be open from 10:00am-2:00pm until further notice.

Montana Locations: Our lobbies and drive-ups are open for business, however we ask that you respect the social distancing protocol. In an effort to do our part and reduce possible COVID-19 transmission, please utilize our Digital Banking and drive-up services whenever possible. During Phase I, we will be limiting the lobby traffic to a maximum level of customers at any one time.

Our COVID-19 Customer Relief Program is designed to alleviate some of the financial hardships you may face as a result of illness, workplace, and employment changes. We will continue to evaluate this program as we move forward, including options to further extend or expand the program as circumstances warrant for our customers and the communities we serve.

For Consumers:

  • Consumer Transaction Fee Suspension – We are suspending Certificate of Deposit (CD) early withdrawal fees and excess withdrawal fees for Money Market and Savings accounts. For assistance or questions, contact your local branch or call Customer Service at (844)772-4258.
  • Consumer Loan Late Fee Suspension – We will suspend loan late fees on consumer loan payments in April and May 2020, providing customers the opportunity to adjust to workplace and employment changes.
  • Consumer and Mortgage Loan Payment Deferral – If you are facing a financial hardship due to COVID-19, we will make available a payment deferral for up to 90 days, with no credit bureau impact. For assistance or questions, contact your local branch or call Customer Service at (844)772-4258.
  • Consumer Credit Card Payment Relief – We will provide payment relief assistance for April and May billing statements, including fee waivers and preventing the assessment of late or over limit fees. For assistance or questions, contact your local branch or call Customer Service at (844)772-4258.
  • Consumer Lost or Replaced Credit and Debit Card Fee Suspension – We are suspending fees on lost or replaced credit and debit cards for customers. For assistance or questions, contact your banker or call Customer Service at (844)772-4258.

Small Business Owners:

  • Small Business Loan Payment Deferral Program – If your small business is facing a financial hardship due to COVID-19, we will make available payment deferrals for up to 180 days, with no credit bureau impact.   • Small Business Credit Card Payment Relief– We will provide payment relief assistance for April and May billing statements, including fee waivers and preventing the assessment of late or over limit fees, for customers who contact our local branch or call Customer Service at (844)772-4258.
  • Small Business Loan Late Fee Suspension– We will suspend late fees on loan payments in April 2020, providing customers the opportunity to adjust to workplace and employment changes.
  • Government Small Business Grant and Loan Programs– The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has made an Economic Injury Disaster Loan program available. Small business owners can find information and apply directly online with SBA. (https://covid19relief.sba.gov/#/)
  • Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) – Beginning April 3, the SBA will begin accepting applications for their PPP program which allows small business and commercial customers the ability to request a payroll continuation loan up to $10 million subject to certain eligibility requirements. To help support community health management efforts, we have temporarily suspended lobby access at our branch locations.
