IT Department – Located in Clara City, MN

IT Helpdesk I

We are currently seeking a full-time IT Helpdesk I in our Clara City location. This position will provide professional and knowledgeable assistance to the Senior IT Manager along with providing administrative and technical support to all employees of Citizens Alliance Bank, Forstrom Bancorporation and all of their affiliates. This position will receive calls and respond to employee inquiries and concerns. Must identify problems and solutions that best meet the Bank’s and the IT Department’s needs. The IT Helpdesk I will perform duties related to making sound decisions within the Banks polices and established approved guidelines.

Accountabilities

  • Set up new computers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Routine testing of software and hardware as directed for possible required fixes and patches.
  • First level technical support.
  • Answer staff calls – troubleshooting.
  • Remote Support.
  • User Administration.
  • Patch Management
  • IT Projects as directed by the IT Manager or Network Administrator.
  • Determine necessity to involve IT Manager or Network Administrator.
  • Research IT projects and purchases.
  • Disposal and/or repurposing of used computers.
  • Obtain and maintain a working knowledge of regulatory requirements as they relate to safety and soundness, compliance and operations.
  • Training and Knowledge of regulations governing Internet security practices.
  • Compile and advise accurate information to management and staff.
  • Research for potential improvements to technical environment.
  • Willingness to learn both on the job and via additional outside technical training.
  • Adherence to all BSA/AML Laws, Regulations and Compliance will be required in this position.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and requested.
  • Physical presence in the bank is required.

Job Specifications

Attributes of a successful candidate will include the ability to work independently, be detail oriented, maintain professional attitude at all times and consistently perform with a high level of focus and accuracy. Strong communication, problem solving skills, time management and customer service skills are required.

Education

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Associates degree in computer related discipline preferred.
  • Continuing Education in order to maintain job knowledge is required.

Experience

  • Experience in a computer support role preferred.
  • Industry certifications are preferred.
  • Banking background or equivalent preferred.

Loan Administration Clerk
Lending Department – Located in Seeley Lake, MT

Loan Administration Clerk

We are currently seeking a detailed oriented person to support our Loan Officers within our Seeley Lake Location. The Loan Administration Clerk is responsible for performing routine lending operational duties related to various types of loans in compliance with Citizens Alliance Bank’s policies, procedures and related laws and regulations.

Under the direction of the Loan Officers the Loan Administration Clerk will perform a variety of duties pertaining to loan portfolios, payment processing, file maintenance, customer inquiries and problem solving, documentation review as well as preparation of customer correspondence. They will work with the Loan Officers and Loan Servicing Supervisor, to implement all necessary actions to ensure achievement of the objectives of a Loan Department.

 

Accountabilities

  • Review loan files for adherence to compliance rules and regulations as well as compliance with internal lending policies and procedures.
  • Assist Loan Officers with Consumer, Real Estate, Agriculture, and Commercial Lending per their request.
  • Handles customer account transactions which may include verifying incoming cash, accurately dispersing cash, accepting various deposits and payment and cashing checks.
  • Assist to provide internal approvals for the implementation of all new loans and changes to existing loans.
  • Act as a liaison with all customers regarding loan administration.
  • Administer everyday work and evaluate all incoming mail, emails, faxes, and process payments.
  • Manage communications between lending officers and customers to resolve all customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare loan documents for all lending functions.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism in a busy environment with the ability to be highly accurate.
  • Work closely with both internal and external customers to meet their needs.
  • Adherence to all BSA/AML Laws, Regulations, and Compliance will be required in this position.

Job Specifications

Experience

  • One to Three years of banking, loan processing or Administrative Assistant experience is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suites is preferred.

Marketing Specialist I
Marketing Department – Located in Clara City, MN

Marketing Specialist I

The primary function of the Marketing Specialist I is to assist the Marketing Coordinator in executing the day to day marketing and public relations efforts and related functions of Citizens Alliance Bank. This position is responsible for supporting the Marketing Coordinator in implementing the marketing plan and development surrounding advertising, public relations, customer service, merchandising, sales tools, and maintenance of key sponsorship relationships.

This position will assist in compiling and preparing key sales and marketing data, statistics and related results to the Marketing Coordinator. The Marketing Specialist I will also provide administrative support on daily sales and marketing agendas, marketing and promotion events, and public relation related matters.

The secondary function of this position is to provide Executive Administrative Assistant support through the Marketing Coordinator to the CEO, President/COO, and Senior Management Team.

Accountabilities

  • Assist and support the Marketing Coordinator in maintaining the Bank’s marketing and public relations calendar and related recordkeeping systems.
  • This position will assist in the planning and coordination of the Employee Appreciation Party, Customer Appreciation Days, Prairie Fest Days, Farmfest, and other bank wide community and sponsorship efforts.
  • Assist the Marketing Coordinator in implementing effective sales initiatives and promotional campaigns, new product research and development, and coordination and administration over periodic customer survey gathering and compilation, and the interpretation of results.
  • This position will assist in overseeing and maintaining the Bank’s Intranet, Website and Social Media site(s) development and administration, including periodic update and content changes under the direction of the Marketing Coordinator.
  • Maintain and update corporate collateral materials including brochures and product literature, standard customer correspondence, signage, maps and event materials under the direction of the Marketing Coordinator.
  • Assist in the design, creation, and manage to completion all marketing production related efforts such as promotional items, printed collateral, multimedia collateral, and direct mail pieces.
  • Continues to stay current on all marketing industry trends, relevant customer trends, related laws, regulations, and changes pertaining to product features and functionality, and related brochure disclosures.
  • This position will assist in identifying and implementing the necessary sales and marketing, product training and education, tools to promote growth and customer service quality.
  • The Marketing Specialist I will assist in compiling and preparing detailed sales and marketing reports as requested by the Marketing Coordinator.
  • Provides executive administrative support under the direction of the Marketing Coordinator to the President/COO, CEO, and Senior Management Team in conjunction with the periodic scheduling, preparation, and administrative duties with respect to Senior Management Team meetings.
  • Answer customer and employee questions pertaining to marketing events or functions, or direct them to the appropriate staff.
  • Adherence to BSA/AML Laws, Regulations, and Compliance will be required in this position.
  • Physical presence in the bank is required.
  • Periodic traveling to other branch locations will be required of this job.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and requested.

Vice President/Ag Loan Officer
Lending Department – Located in Clara City, MN

Vice President/Ag Loan Officer

We are currently seeking a Ag Loan Officer in our Clara City location. The Ag Loan Officer will be responsible for managing an existing Ag loan portfolio and developing new Ag lending business.  This will require the candidate to be able to effectively underwrite, structure and close all types of Ag loans in accordance with the Bank’s established policies and procedures.  Must exercise sound judgment in the loan making process.

This position will have extensive customer contact and will be responsible for all operational aspects for Ag loans.  This individual will be responsible for abiding by and keeping up to date on the Bank’s lending policies in addition to State and Federal lending regulations.

Lenders are expected to meet and/or exceed Citizens Alliance Bank’s customer service levels as well as the over-all goals of the organization.

Essential Functions

  • Be pro-active in obtaining new Ag, loan customers for the bank.
  • Demonstrate the ability to prioritize work load.
  • Take Ag applications and approve or reject loan requests in accordance with loan policies and procedures.
  • Obtain and maintain a working knowledge of regulatory requirements as they relate to safety and soundness, compliance and operations.
  • Develop referral networks, suggest alternate channels and cross-sell products and services to accomplish the Bank’s goals.
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills
  • Understanding of general business and financial issues
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
  • Self-starter and ability to work both independently and in group setting
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to establish and maintain good relations with co-workers and other bank personnel; ability to work with all levels of employees

Education

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business Management from a f four-year public or private accredited institution of higher learning or a minimum of four years of experience in a related field.

Experience

  • Five (5) to Seven (7) years of experience with Ag lending, preferably in banking environment or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suites is preferred; familiarity with loan documentation and boarding software
