Loan Administration Clerk

The Loan Administration Clerk is responsible for performing routine lending operational duties related to various types of loans in compliance with Citizens Alliance Bank’s policies, procedures and related laws and regulations.

Under the direction of the Loan Officers the Loan Administration Clerk will perform a variety of duties pertaining to loan portfolios, payment processing, file maintenance, customer inquiries and problem solving, documentation review as well as preparation of customer correspondence. They will work with the Loan Officers and Loan Servicing Supervisor, to implement all necessary actions to ensure achievement of the objectives of a Loan Department.

Loan Servicing Lead II

  • Assist in overseeing and maintaining control over Bank’s loan application system and related data integrity, including loan process flow and adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Assist in training and mentoring Loan Administration personnel; assist in the developing and maintaining development plans for Loan Administration staff.
  • Assisting Loan Servicing Supervisor in the coordination and participation in periodic Loan Administration staff meetings. Assisting in facilitating and promoting effective communication and teamwork between Lenders, Loan Administration staff, and all departments within the organization.

Vice President/Internal Audit Manager

We are currently seeking a Vice President/Internal Audit Manager in our Clara City location. The Internal Audit Manager and Risk Officer is responsible for planning, scheduling and conducting internal audits of departments and branches to ensure internal controls are adequate and operating as designed and ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures. This individual is also responsible for working with Bank Management and functional area Managers and Supervisors to properly identify and assess areas and degrees of risk and developing and implementing internal control policy and procedures that minimize residual risk to acceptable levels based upon the risk tolerance and capital levels of the Bank.

This position produces written audit reports on audit findings and risk assessment evaluation results and presents them to the Risk Management Committee and to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. The Internal Audit Manager is also responsible for ensuring policies, procedures, and workflow resources are reviewed on a timely basis and updated by Bank Management, if necessary. This position reports to the President/Chief Operating Officer.

This position supervises a small internal audit staff, including providing meaningful training and mentoring while ensuring achievement of the objectives of an effective audit program and meeting the organization’s productivity, quality and goals established for the department.

Accountabilities

  • Independently tracks all audit findings until resolution, including those of third party auditors and examiners.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop audit staff to meet the needs and requirements of the Bank and Federal Regulations.
  • Be responsible for overseeing and reviewing senior and staff level work, including reporting of the results of audits, continuous auditing, projects and special assignments.
  • Formulates practical internal audit functions to be incorporated into operational procedures, resulting in safety, soundness, regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Develops annual audit schedule, based on risk assessment, ensuring that those areas with greatest potential risk receive appropriate audit attention.  Develops auditing procedures to address those needs.
  • Schedules audits, ensuring auditing procedures are carried out according to annual internal audit plan/schedule.  Initiates spot audits as necessary.  Prepares audit work papers, ensuring adequate documentation to support conclusions and provides effective and reasonable recommendations.
  • Furnishes periodic reports to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors, Internal Audit Committee, the President, CEO and the Senior Management Team.
  • Performs internal security and loss and fraud investigation activities as needed.
  • Completes other duties as requested.
  • Travel will be required to accommodate functions at branches and other facilities
  • Physical presence at the bank required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned and requested.
  • Adherence to all BSA/AML Laws, Regulations and Compliance will be required in this position.

Job Specifications

    Attributes of the successful candidate will include the ability to work independently, and professionally, be able to maintain a high level of focus and accuracy. Strong communication, time management, and service skills are required.

Education

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or similar field of study from a public or private accredited institution of higher education or equivalent work experience is preferred.
  • Continuing Education in order to maintain job knowledge is required.

Experience

  • Three to five years of banking is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suites is preferred.
  • Physical presence in the bank is required.
