Geolocation information can be monitored on a continuous basis in the background only while the App is being used or not at all, depending on the user’s selection. Users can change their location permissions at any time in their device settings.

This Policy is designed to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) to the extent that COPPA applies. We will not knowingly collect or retain Personal Information about a child under the age of 13.
