We collect Personal Information from you or about you when you provide information to us directly. For example, we may obtain Personal Information when you request information, products or services from us; register on the website or an application; respond to surveys; contact customer support; or otherwise interact with us. We will only use the Personal Information you have shared with us for the purposes as stated in the Policy.

Application Users

If you download and use an Application, we and our ISP will automatically collect, transmit, and use geolocation information to enable features that prevent fraudulent card use and send alerts, but only if the user expressly authorizes collection of such information. Geolocation information can be monitored on a continuous basis in the background only while the App is being used or not at all, depending on the user’s selection. Users can change their location permissions at any time in their device settings.

Use By Children

This Policy is designed to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) to the extent that COPPA applies. We will not knowingly collect or retain Personal Information about a child under the age of 13. Citizens Alliance Bank cares about protecting the privacy of children and believes children should always have the permission of their parents before transmitting any Personal Information over the Internet. If you are under the age of 13, please do not engage with our Services or provide any Personal Information. Since we do not collect information from children under 13 years old, no such information is disclosed to third parties.

Linked Websites

Our Services may have links to other websites that are not operated by us. If you visit one of these linked websites, you are then subject to the policies of the owner of the linked website and will no longer be protected by our Policy. We are not responsible for the content of those websites and have no control over what information they may or may not collect from you.
