Yes. Customers who send or receive recurring wires should ensure that updated Citizens Alliance Bank wire instructions are provided to all originating institutions. Beginning September 21, 2026, recurring wires will require updated instructions.
Customers should contact the company or individual sending the payment and provide updated Citizens Alliance Bank account and routing information. Beginning November 19-20, 2026, certain transactions using legacy routing numbers may be returned if updates have not been made.
